Booking and payment

Apartments Gamsfeld (henceforward the lessor) is entitled to request a deposit of 30% of the rent in order to accept the booking. The booking becomes binding upon the receipt of the deposit.

50% of the rent is payable at least 30 days before the date of arrival (20% payment up to 50% of the rent).

The lessor is entitled to request a deposit of 50% of the rent if the booking is made less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. The booking becomes binding upon the receipt of the deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the date of arrival via the bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The lessor reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as per the following conditions:

• cancellation of the booking more than 3 months before the scheduled arrival date 0% of the rent (the deposit will be refunded in full)
• cancellation of the booking from between 3 months to 31 days before the scheduled date of arrival: 40% of the rent
• cancellation of the booking from between 30 to 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival: 70% of the rent
• cancellation of the booking within 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival or in the case of non-arrival without cancellation: 90% of the rent

In case of cancellations made by the lessor more than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, no claim can be made for compensation for damages or any additional costs incurred for replacement accommodation. In such a situation the deposit paid would be refunded in full.

The lessor is entitled to cancel the rental in case of serious and unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, catastrophe, sudden event, accident in the apartments etc.) for which the rental cannot be carried out. In such a situation the deposit paid will be refunded in full. The lessee has no right to claim any further compensation.

Liability for damages

The lessee and all accompanying persons use the property at their own risk during their stay. The lessor is not liable for accidents, damage and destruction of property as well as damages caused by natural disasters and violence of all kinds. The lessee is fully responsible for damages to the used object, its facilities and equipment caused by him or other accompanying persons. The tenant is obliged to report any damage caused to the lessor (or housekeeper) no later than on the day of termination of the rent. In the event of a major damage, a report will be drawn up specifying the date of payment.

Final arrangements

The lessee confirms that he/she is familiar with the wording of the booking conditions, that he/she understands that he/she fully agrees with them and confirms this with his/her order.
